What's the taste of Dongjiu?
Dongxiang Dongjiu has created a unique model of high-quality healthy wine with its unique technology, unique style and unique aroma components. (1) Dongjiu has a unique style. Dongjiu has long been summarized by experts as "the liquor is clear and transparent, the aroma is elegant and comfortable, the entrance is mellow and rich, and it is sweet and long after drinking." Specifically, Dongjiu not only has the rich aroma of Daqu liquor, but also has the softness and sweetness of Xiaoqu liquor, slightly comfortable medicinal fragrance and refreshing sour taste. After drinking, it won't dry, dry, heartburn, head and aftertaste. The unique style of fine Dongjiu makes people feel that drinking Dongjiu is a noble enjoyment. (II) Unique Aroma Components of Dongjiu The cooperation between Dongjiu Company and the Institute of Light Industry Department of Guizhou Province has preliminarily proved that the aroma components of Dongjiu are unique. In addition to the composition of various flavor components different from other famous wines, it also has the characteristics of "three highs and one low". "Three highs": First, Dongjiu is high in ethyl butyrate, and the ratio of butyl ester to hexyl ester is three to four times that of other famous wines; Second, the content of higher alcohols is high, mainly n-propanol and sec-butanol; Third, the acid content is high. The acid content is mainly composed of acetic acid, butyric acid, caproic acid and lactic acid, and the total acid content is two to three times that of other famous wines. "One low" means low content of ethyl lactate. The content of ethyl lactate in Dongjiu is less than half that of other famous wines. These aroma components are unique in composition and play a key role in forming the unique style and health care function of Dongjiu. (3) The production process and formula of Dongjiu are unique. Dongjiu is made of high-quality sorghum, fermented grains in Xiaoqu cellar, fermented grains in Daqu cellar and steamed in series. Its process is referred to as "two small and two big double bad series steaming". This unique and exquisite brewing technology has created the typical style of Dongjiu: it has the rich aroma of Daqu liquor, the soft, mellow and sweet taste of Xiaoqu liquor, the faint, elegant and comfortable medicinal aroma and refreshing slight acidity, and the wine body is full and harmonious. At the same time, more than 130 kinds of pure natural and precious Chinese herbal medicines were added to Dongjiu in the process of koji making, which endowed Dongjiu with health-preserving effects such as consolidating the foundation, nourishing the yuan, regulating yin and yang, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, and invigorating qi. Regular and scientific drinking can play the role of dredging meridians, promoting qi and blood circulation, strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogens, thus achieving the purpose of regulating the body's balance function. Tsung i Jao, a master of Chinese studies, and Mr. Jin Yong, a master of martial arts literature in China, tasted Dongjiu, praised it and spoke highly of it. Mr Jin Yong also wrote an inscription for Dongjiu: "Thousand-year-old wine, top secret formula, Guizhou Dongjiu, China Famous Wine".
