MSG will not precipitate if put in liquor

MSG and alcohol will not react chemically, but MSG may be absorbed faster under the influence of alcohol. Everyone should be well aware of the poisonous effects of excessive alcohol on the human body; however, if there is an overdose of MSG, generally only a small number of sensitive people will have uncomfortable allergic reactions. They can recover by drinking more water and resting for an hour or two. There is no harm.
