Practice steps
1. Wash hawthorn, remove the core, cut it in half, put the ribs in, wash and control the moisture.
2, onion cut into sections, ginger sliced, garlic peeled and washed and cut into garlic slices.
3, hot oil from the pot, oil cooked, add onion, ginger, garlic slices, stir-fry the fragrance.
4, then pour in the ribs, stir fry until the ribs change color, and pour in the right amount of soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
5, continue to pour in the right amount of water, the fire to boil, medium and small fire stew 15 minutes.
6, add hawthorn, rock sugar, continue to simmer for 30~40 minutes, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt, simmer for 2~3 minutes, and then juice can be eaten.
