Exercise:
1. Cut pig's trotters into pieces, add onion, ginger slices and cooking wine, boil the bleeding foam with strong fire, remove and wash;
2. Add water to the pot again, add pig's trotters, add onions, ginger slices, star anise, cinnamon, dried peppers, 1 tbsp rock sugar, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsps soy sauce and half a tbsp salt, and cook for1-0/.5 hours.
3. Put the pickled pig's trotters in an air fryer, bake at 180℃ for 5 minutes, sprinkle with Chili powder and white sesame seeds, and bake for another 5 minutes.
