Mung bean germination is actually a very normal situation. Many people who like to eat green beans often buy more green beans and put them at home. If it is not completed in time, coupled with the influence of some external conditions, many times these green beans will germinate.
The short-term preservation method of green beans is that newly bought green beans cannot be eaten at one time. We can peel the green beans first, then put them in fresh-keeping bags to avoid moisture, and finally put them in the refrigerator for freezing.
The long-term preservation method of green beans is to peel the green beans first and blanch them with boiling water, but not for too long. If it takes too long, cook it, then take a bath in cold water, then put it in an insurance bag and put it in the freezer, so that it won't go bad for the first half of the year.
Fresh beans and vegetables must be cooked before eating. If it is not cooked, food poisoning may occur.
