Spicy Fried Foie Gras:
Main ingredients: foie gras 140g .
Accessories: the right amount of peppercorns, dried chili peppers, green onions, oil, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence.
Steps:
1, materials: cooked foie gras, peppercorns, dried chili peppers (already cut), scallion.
2, the cooked foie gras on the board cut, to be used.
