Pueraria lobata mung bean and pork bone soup

Pueraria lobata mung bean and pork bone soup is a traditional medicinal meal. It has the effects of strengthening the spleen and nourishing yin, producing fluid and quenching thirst. It should not be used by those with severe stomach cold and dampness.

Ingredients: 60 grams of mung beans, 50 grams of dried kudzu

5 grams of tangerine peel, 1 candied date, 300 grams of pork bones

Wash the mung beans in water and soak them for 20 minutes , wash other ingredients, soak in water for 10 minutes, blanch pork bones in water and set aside.

Put all the ingredients into a soup pot, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat for 2 hours, and add salt to taste.
