Step 1
1: Wash the onion, peel it, cut it in half and soak it in boiling water for about an hour. When shredding in the later stage, the spicy degree can be reduced.

2: Shred the soaked onion.

3: Shred the onion and blanch it in boiling water. Pick it up immediately after the water boils.
Fourth step
