1. Don’t cut off the pineapple leaves first. This will make it easier to peel the pineapple. Use a large knife to peel off the skin of the pineapple from top to bottom.
2. Don’t cut too deep, almost 1cm, so don’t waste the pulp.
3. Peel almost until there are some pineapple eyes left, and then continue peeling.
4. Until all the skin is roughly peeled off, then peel the skin of the pineapple leaves.

6. Take a small fruit knife and gently remove the pineapple eyes at an angle of about 45°.

8. Continue cutting the remaining pieces by analogy.
9. Then cut off the pineapple leaves and cut them into equal parts.
10. Cut several equal portions of pineapple into cubes.
11. Finally, soak in salt water to inhibit the pineapple enzyme from irritating our oral mucosa and lips. At the same time, the pineapple will feel sweeter.
