Mutton (preferably lamb chop and leg) 1 kg
Carrots 1
The first section of white radish
Half an onion
5 dried hawthorn slices
Zanthoxylum bungeanum 10
Proper amount of salt
Appropriate amount of coriander
Appropriate amount of white pepper
A small piece of ginger
How to stew mutton?
After the mutton is cut into pieces, soak it in cold water to remove blood.
Add water to the casserole and add mutton. After the medium heat is boiled, skim off the floating foam.
Put onion slices, ginger slices, dried hawthorn slices and pepper into a casserole, bring to a boil with high fire and simmer for about 2 hours.
20 minutes before cooking, add carrots and white radish, and then add salt (put it early, it will be soft and stale).
Sprinkle pepper and coriander foam on the mutton soup before serving, and you're done.
