Crispy fried milk
Ingredients: 250ml of milk, 30g of corn starch, 20g of egg liquid, 20g of sugar and 20g of bread crumbs.
Steps:
Pour milk, starch and sugar into a pot, stir with low fire until they are thick, pour them into an oiled container and refrigerate for 2 hours, take them out, cut them into strips, coat the surface with a layer of starch and egg yolk liquid, and finally wrap them with bread crumbs. Put them into an air frying pan and bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes.

Ingredients: sweet potato, butter, glutinous rice flour, egg yolk liquid, cheese.
Steps:

Ingredients: potato, corn starch, black pepper.
