Ingredients
500g all-purpose flour, 265g water, 2 tsp yeast powder, 5g baking powder, 25g sugar, 30g olive oil, 20g salt, (filling) 100g minced green onion, Half a bowl of white sesame seeds, and a ratio of 1 to 9 sugar and water to make about one bowl
Method
1. Knead the ingredients into a large dough, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it stand for about half an hour for basic fermentation. ~
2. Roll out the fermented dough into a rectangular dough with a thickness of 0.8cm and a width of 20cm. Sprinkle with chopped green onion, a layer of salt, and a little pepper (you can omit it if you don’t like spicy food), and then roll the dough into a rectangular shape. Fold the sheet into about three or four layers!
3. Cut diagonally into diamond-shaped dough sheets!
4. Brush the surface of the dough sheet with a layer of sugar water, and cover it with the white sesame seeds in the plate. Put it in the baking pan and let it rise for about 20 minutes!
5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the dough for about 20 minutes. It will look good and ready to be baked!
6. Take a bite of the crispy yeasted scallion pancake as soon as possible! The wonderful taste will leave a fragrance in your teeth and cheeks!
