① Add and subtract Yuzhu decoction
Indications: yin deficiency and cold.
[Prescription] Polygonatum odoratum 65,438+00g, Cynanchum atratum 65,438+00g, Ophiopogon japonicus 65,438+05g, Adenophora adenophora 65,438+00g, Scrophularia 65,438+00g and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. 6 grams, 9 grams of orange root, 9 grams of Schizonepeta.
[Usage] Decoct with water. Take about 20 ml each time, 2 ~ 3 times a day. For those who are upset and thirsty, add bamboo leaves and Trichosanthes root; Fructus Arctii, Rhizoma Belamcandae and Fructus Trichosanthis are added for patients with dry throat and uncomfortable expectoration; For patients with cough, chest pain and blood in sputum, fresh imperata rhizome, raw yellow and lotus root nodes are added.
② Artemisia annua Biejia decoction
Indications: A representative prescription for treating internal heat due to yin deficiency.
[Prescription] Artemisia annua 10g, Carapax Trionycis 20g, Radix Rehmanniae 15g, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae 9g and Cortex Moutan 10g.
[Usage] Decoct with water. For patients with severe deficiency heat, Cortex Lycii 12g, Radix Cynanchi atractylis 10g and Rhizoma picrorhizae 5g are added; If there is lung dryness, Radix Glehniae 15g and Radix Ophiopogonis 8g are added; For the treatment of summer fever in children, Cynanchum atratum 10g and lotus stalk 15g are added.
③ Shen Ling Baizhu Powder.
Indications: yin deficiency and cold.
[Prescription] Codonopsis pilosula 15g, Atractylodes macrocephala 10g, Poria cocos 10g, Dioscorea opposita 12g, Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae 10g, Radix Puerariae 10g, Endothelium Corneum Gigeriae Galli 8g and charred malt/kloc-0.
[Usage] decoct and drink together. For patients with stomach cold, 3 pieces of dried ginger and cassia twig 1.5g can be added.
(2) Yang deficiency and cold
① Zaizao Powder
Indications: This prescription was originally designed for exogenous syndrome of yang deficiency and sweating, and later it was one of the representative prescriptions of yang deficiency and cold.
[Prescription] Radix Astragali 15g, Radix Ginseng 5g, Ramulus Cinnamomi 9g, Radix Glycyrrhizae 3g, Radix Aconiti Lateralis 4g, Asari 3g, Notopterygii Rhizoma 9g, Radix Saposhnikoviae 10g, Rhizoma Chuanxiong 9g, Radix Paeoniae Rubra 4g and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens 5g.
[Usage] Decoct with water. Anemarrhena rhizome and gypsum can be added in summer, but not in winter; For patients with excessive cough and phlegm, summer 10g, almond 10g and platycodon grandiflorum10g are added; Atractylodes lancea 12g and Radix Angelicae Pubescentis 12g are added to relieve dampness, dredge collaterals and relieve pain.
② Zhenwu decoction
Indications: Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, dampness resistance.
[Prescription] Poria cocos 12g, Paeonia lactiflora 10g, Atractylodes macrocephala 12g, ginger 6g and cooked aconite 9g.
[Usage] Take 1, 2 cups of water, and fry until 1 cup, and take it at any time. Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis 15g, Herba Asari 6g, and Zingiberis Rhizoma 6g are added to cough patients.
③ Chaihu Guizhi Decoction
【 Indications 】 Pathogenic stagnation and yang deficiency, disharmony between camp and health.
[Prescription] Radix Bupleuri 10g, Ramulus Cinnamomi 10g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 10g, Radix Scutellariae 10g, Rhizoma Pinelliae 10g, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae 10g, Ramulus Mori 30g, Radix Glycyrrhizae 6g and Fructus Xanthii/kloc.
[Usage] Take 1, 2 cups of water, and fry until 1 cup, and take it at any time.
(3) Qi deficiency and cold
① Buzhong Yiqi Decoction
Indications: Tonifying middle energizer, invigorating qi, rising yang and relieving depression, and it is suitable for cold with qi deficiency and yang deficiency.
[Prescription] Radix Astragali 18g, Radix Ginseng 8g, Radix Glycyrrhizae preparata 9g, Atractylodis Rhizoma 15g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 6g, Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae 6g, Cimicifuga 6g and Bupleurum 6g.
[Usage] Decoct with water. Every time 10 ~ 15 ml, 2 ~ 3 times a day, take it with warm boiled water or ginger soup. If the subsidence is serious, increase the dosage of Ginseng to 15g, and then add Cornus officinalis12g; If the abdomen droops or spasms are less, Cimicifuga foetida is used again, and the dosage is 24g; For patients with abdominal pain, Radix Paeoniae Alba 10g and Rhizoma Corydalis 8g are added; If rheumatism attacks and the whole body aches, Radix Saposhnikoviae 12g, Notopterygii Rhizoma 10g, Herba Artemisiae Scopariae 9g and Rhizoma Atractylodis 12g are added.
② Su Shen Pills.
Indications: dispelling wind and cold, resolving phlegm and relieving cough. Suitable for qi deficiency type cold.
[Prescription] 75g of Radix Codonopsis, 75g of Folium Perillae, 75g of Radix Puerariae, 75g of Radix Peucedani, 75g of Poria, 75g of Rhizoma Pinelliae (processed), 50g of dried tangerine peel, 50g of Fructus Aurantii (fried), 50g of Radix Platycodi, 50g of Radix Glycyrrhizae and 50g of Radix Aucklandiae.
[Usage] Add 1 1, pulverize into fine powder, sieve and mix well. Another 30 grams of ginger and 30 grams of jujube were decocted in water for several times and filtered. Decoct that above powders in wat into pills, and drying. Oral, 6 ~ 9g at a time, 2 ~ 3 times a day.
③ Yupingfeng Powder
Indications: weak breath, muscle weakness, hyperhidrosis, listlessness, dislike of outdoor activities, weak pulse and frequent colds.
[Prescription] Astragalus membranaceus 15g, Saposhnikovia divaricata 12g and Atractylodes macrocephala 10g.
[Usage] Rhizoma Dioscoreae 12g, Concha Ostreae 10g and Radix Pseudostellariae 10g can be added and decocted.
(4) Cold due to blood deficiency
① Fang Jing Siwu Decoction
Indications: expelling wind and cold, nourishing blood and replenishing blood, so it is suitable for the syndrome of blood deficiency and external cold.
[Prescription] Radix Rehmanniae Preparata 15g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 10g, Rhizoma Chuanxiong 10g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 10g, Radix Astragali 15g, Radix Polygoni Multiflori 10g and Fructus Tribuli/kloc-0.
[Usage] Take 1, 2 cups of water, and fry until 1 cup, and take it at any time. Add10g of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and10g of Cortex Moutan. If radix Saposhnikoviae is reduced, mulberry leaves, honeysuckle and forsythia are added, which is quite suitable for the syndrome of blood deficiency and wind-heat
② Guizhi Siwu Decoction
Indications: It is suitable for the syndrome of exogenous wind-cold due to blood deficiency.
[Prescription] Radix Astragali 18g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 10g, Ramulus Cinnamomi 10g, Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens 10g and 6 Chinese dates.
[Usage] Take 1, 2 cups of water, and fry until 1 cup, and take it at any time. If the qi deficiency is serious, the dosage of Astragalus membranaceus is changed to 30 grams, and Codonopsis pilosula 18 grams is added; If blood deficiency is serious, Spatholobus suberectus 18g and Angelica sinensis12g are added; If pathogenic wind is obvious, Radix Saposhnikoviae 12g and Herba Schizonepetae12g are added; If there is phlegm dampness, add Xia12g, Semen Sinapis Albae10g and Rhizoma Typhonii 8g; If you are numb, add 4 grams of scorpion and 8 grams of silkworm chrysalis.
③ Danggui Chuanxiong Decoction
Indications: deficiency and stagnation of blood. The combination of four things, reinforcing communication, nourishing yin but not greasy, warming but not dry, harmonizing yin and yang and restoring blood circulation.
[Prescription] Radix Rehmanniae Preparata 15g, Radix Angelicae Sinensis 15g, Radix Paeoniae Alba 10g, and Rhizoma Chuanxiong 8g.
[Usage] Take 1, 2 cups of water, fry until 1 cup, and take it warm. In case of dysmenorrhea, Radix Aconiti 12g and Rhizoma Corydalis 10g can be added. Codonopsis pilosula 18g and Astragalus membranaceus18g were added for patients with qi deficiency; If you have a blood deficiency cold, add 4 grams of cinnamon powder; 4 slices of ginger; In case of metrorrhagia, add 8 grams of madder, 0/0 grams of Folium Artemisiae Argyi and 0/0 grams of Colla Corii Asini.
