The plot of the TV series New Jeet Kune Do is briefly introduced:

Ji Gong returns to heaven to meet the Ghost-faced Goddess of Mercy, who tries to steal the Seamless Clothes from the heavens, and accidentally causes a number of Luohan to fall into the mortal world. The new Jigong is a new kind of movie, and it's a new kind of movie. The Jigong's search for the Lohan has taken him through the "Lin'an Weaver's Department's search for his family, the reappearance of the Princess of Chaoyang, the beggar's prince's rebellion against the foundation, the rebuilding of the general's hero's heart, the kitchen god's palace door's three absolute knots, the Seamless Heavenly Clothes' appearance in the world, the angry chopping of the condensed jade's birth-death calamity, the Jigong's Golden Pear's good fortune, and the great confrontation between the evil and the righteous" and other units.

Jigong encounters a pair of sisters, sister Qiu Manfeng and sister Qiu Ningyu because of love for the same man Zhao Jianwen, since then, the sisters buried knot, Jigong use of wisdom, and finally dissolved the knot of the two sisters, so that they know the preciousness of sisterly love. In addition, Jigong also meets a former chef, Tu Tu, who has been neglecting his family for years because of his dedication to his cooking skills. As a result, his daughter was buried in a fire and he was not able to see her for the last time, so Tu Tu blames himself for this and has been living a life of self-absorption ever since. Jigong brings in Qiu Ningyu to deal with the overzealous Chef God, and under Jigong's guidance, he is able to make the overzealous Chef God regain his kitchen knife and climb out of the adversity in his life. In the end, Jigong finds news of her mother, but her mother has already passed away. ......

Jigong also meets Tu Tu, an overzealous chef who has neglected his family because of his dedication to his culinary skills, which led to his daughter's death in a fire and his inability to see her for the last time. Tudu is so upset that he has been living a life of self-indulgence ever since. Jigong finds Qiu Ningyu to go and fight with the over-zealous Chef God. Under Jigong's guidance, the over-zealous Chef God is finally able to regain his kitchen knife and climb out of the adversity in his life. In the end, although Jigong finds news of Qiu Ningyu's mother, her mother has already passed away. After one good deed after another, Jigong finally accomplishes his mission and returns to the heavenly realm.
