List of ingredients: 12 egg tart crusts, 3 egg yolks, 20g of sugar, 15g of flour, 250ml of milk, 80ml of light cream
Steps:
1. Separate egg yolks and whites.
2. Add hot milk, sugar, light cream and flour to the egg yolks.
3. Stir well and sieve.
4. Fill the tart shells (70% full) with the egg tart mixture and prepare for baking.
5. Put the tart into the microwave oven, press the light wave/combination button three times, bake the tart in combination 2 mode to make the inside smooth and tender, and press the 10 minutes 1 minute button to set the time for 10 minutes.
6. Press the light wave/combination button twice, bake the tart in combination 1 mode to make the outside crispy, and press the 10 minutes 1 minute button to set the time for 5 minutes.
