Recipe for ginkgo stewed chicken:
Ingredients: ginkgo, chicken, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, yam, ginger, garlic, onion, cooking wine, salt.
Steps:
1. Peel the ginkgo shells, blanch them in boiling water, remove the red coating on the surface, and set aside;
2. Wash the chicken, Set aside;
3. Blanch bamboo shoot slices in boiling water and set aside;
4. Wash and slice mushrooms and set aside;
5. Wash, peel and slice yam, set aside ;
6. Put the washed chicken into a stew pot and simmer over high heat; then add cooking wine, garlic, and ginger to remove the fishy smell and enhance the freshness;
7. After boiling, change to Simmer slowly; when the chicken is cooked, add the blanched chicken
