raw material
Three white spirits 10 kg hawthorn 2 kg sugar 2 kg (or appropriate xylitol and sweetener)

Suitable for ceramic containers, glass containers, plastic steel containers and stainless steel containers. Copper, iron and aluminum containers and toxic containers are prohibited.
Prepare the materials
1. Add 10 kg of bulk liquor and 10 kg of water (raw water, cold boiled water, mineral water and softened water) to reduce the degree by about 25%(v/v), and put them in a container larger than 15L for later use.

Put the crushed hawthorn into degraded Chinese liquor, stir it evenly, and soak it in a sealed way for more than 15 days. Stir every other day.

After the hawthorn is soaked, take out the hawthorn and filter the rest of the wine with gauze.
Sugar mixing
Add 2 Jin of water to the white sugar, and stir constantly on the fire until the pot boils, leaving the fire slightly yellow, and then slowly add sugar water after cooling.
