2. Marinate lean meat with proper amount of salt, corn flour, soy sauce and peanut oil for 10 minute. Wash the eggs under the tap and dry the water with a clean rag.
3. Pick the roots and leaves of celery, wash them in a vegetable basin, drain the water and cut them into small pieces.
4. Pour some water into a small pot and bring it to a boil. When the water is bubbling, pour in the marinated lean meat and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Add the noodles and stir them quickly with chopsticks to prevent the noodles from sticking together. After boiling for 3 minutes, add the eggs and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
6. Add chopped celery and cook for 2 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, turn off the fire and take out the pot. This soup is delicious and nutritious.
