A delicious and simple recipe for roasted chicken with taro:
Main ingredients: 350 grams of chicken and 250 grams of taro.
Accessories: 6 grams of light soy sauce, 5 grams of cooking wine, 3 grams of salt, 2 bowls of water, and 2 grams of chicken essence.
1. Put the chopped chicken pieces into the pot, add water and cooking wine and cook for three minutes, then clean.
2. Pour oil and cleaned chicken pieces into the pot, stir-fry quickly for five minutes and then add ginger slices.
3. Stir-fry for a while, add light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly until it becomes coloured, then add two bowls of water and bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
4. Peel and slice the taro, add it after 30 minutes, and stir-fry quickly.
