Preparation:
1, Vegetables: all cut into large pieces, ready; small mushrooms to remove the stems of the good hair.
2, big eye red fish wash, sprinkle some salt marinade half an hour.
3, boil a big bowl of hot water, pour on both sides of the fish, deodorization, drip dry water.
Cooking steps:
1. Cut tofu into large slices and spread on the bottom of a plate. Blanch the fish slightly and lay it on top of the tofu.
2. Heat a wok, stir-fry the ginger and onion, add all the vegetables, add a small bowl of water and cook briefly, season with salt, sugar and chicken powder.
3. Pour the cooked vegetables on top of the fish, add one pickled plum, ginger, season with sugar, a little soy sauce, and add a tablespoon of oil on top of the fish.
4. Place in a steamer and steam for 8-10 minutes.
