How to make

3. Roll it into a sheet about 3-5MM thick and put it into a baking pan.
4. Apply oil on the surface, sprinkle C evenly, make several cuts, pull it slightly outward with your hands, and ferment for 20 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
The second chocolate pancake with Italian cheese filling
Materials
Chocolate pancake: 100 grams of flour, 25 grams of cocoa powder, 30 grams of sugar, a little salt, 1 cup of fresh milk, 2 eggs, 1 egg yolk, 25 grams of butter, Italian cheese filling: 500 grams of Mascarpone cheese, 500 grams of light cream, 100 grams of icing sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sesame oil, 50 grams of chocolate chips< /p>
Method
1. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt into a container and set aside.
2. Mix the fresh milk and eggs evenly.
3. Slowly stir the mixture of fresh milk and eggs into the flour until smooth and wait for 30 minutes. Stir in the butter and fry in a pan to form pancakes.
4. Add icing sugar, chocolate chips, and vanilla sesame oil to the mascarpone cheese and mix well.
5. Beat 50 grams of whipping cream until it becomes wet foam and mix into the cheese paste, mix well.
6. Use a non-stick pan over low heat. The thinner the better, pick up the pan and rotate it continuously to heat evenly.
7. Use a fork to gently lift one end of the cake. If it is very easy to lift, it means it is ready. Turn it over on a plate and let it cool.
8. Put the cheese paste in the refrigerator for 1 hour and then apply it on the cake. Fold it in half twice and eat it now.
Tips
1 These materials can be used to make 10-12 pieces. If you don’t need so many, you can reduce them in proportion. 2. If there are a few flour particles that cannot be mixed evenly during mixing, you can sift them out. 3. The light cream was added by myself, I think it is very good. 4. Spread the pancake as thinly and evenly as possible. 5. The mixed cheese paste should be refrigerated before spreading it on the pancake, otherwise it will be too fluid
