Cut the vegetables into small slices, into small squares, leaving out the white part, and dice the tomatoes

Put oil in the pot, add diced tomatoes and stir-fry the tomato juice

After frying the juice, add cold water and bring to a boil (tomatoes must be Stir-fry the juice so that the vegetable soup and rice have a strong tomato juice flavor)

After the water boils, pour in the leftover rice and continue to boil over high heat
< p>5/6Simmer over high heat for 2 minutes. When slightly thick, add green cabbage leaves, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste.
The last step
Remove from the pot. It’s time to eat
