Ginger can be eaten immediately, and it tastes sweet raw. It can also be used to cook porridge, but most people will choose pickling. The pickling method is as follows: prepare materials, such as ginger, sugar, onion, garlic, Chili oil (replaced by Laoganma for the time being), salt, spiced powder and Yipin Xian.
Practice: cut ginger into thin slices with uniform thickness. Put the cut ginger slices into a clean basin, sprinkle with salt, marinate while cutting, and control the water after cutting. Put clear water in the basin several times (personal taste is weak) before serving the seasoning to be stirred. Pour in chopped green onion, minced garlic, allspice powder and sugar, then pour in a fresh product and a little Laoganma, then turn it over and serve.
