1 According to the usual method of mixing the dough, knead all the ingredients with the bread machine and then ferment the dough for 1 hour basically until it is 2.5 times bigger.
2Please vent the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions
3Roll the dough and cover with plastic wrap for 15 minutes.
4Flatten a piece of the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to form an oval.
5Flip the oval over and roll it up from top to bottom.
6Tighten, pinch, and shape into an olive shape, and place on a baking sheet for the second fermentation.
7 Ferment to 2 times its size, remove the dough and brush the top with egg wash.
8 Using a knife, make a slit in the top of the dough.
9 Fill the cut into the softened butter (close to about 4 grams per dough)
10 Sprinkle a layer of sugar, put into the preheated oven bake, middle layer of upper and lower heat 180 degrees, about 20 minutes or so, bake until the crust is golden brown
