Steamed pork with lotus leaf powder is a special dish in Hangzhou.
The method of steaming meat with lotus leaf powder:
1. Wash pork belly, cut it into thin slices, put it in a bowl, add cooking wine, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fermented milk and onion ginger, mix well, and then put it in the refrigerator for pickling.
2. Take out the marinated meat, add the steamed pork rice noodles and mix well, so that each piece of meat is covered with rice noodles.
3. Wash the fresh lotus leaves with water, put the pork belly slices wrapped with rice flour into the lotus leaves, wrap them, and steam them in a cage 1 hour.
