Curd Pork is a traditional cuisine with rich taste and unique flavor which is one of the favorite delicacies. It is very easy to make curd pork and you can make delicious curd pork in just a few steps.

Ingredients

The ingredients needed to make curd pork are very simple, you just need to prepare the following ingredients:

1. Pork: 500 grams

2. Curd: 3 pieces

3. Ginger: the right amount

4. Cooking wine: the right amount

5. Salt: the right amount

6. Sugar: the right amount

7. Soy Sauce: appropriate amount

8. Dark Soy Sauce: appropriate amount

9. Cooking Oil: appropriate amount

Steps

1. Cutting Pork

Cut the pork into thin slices of about 1cm in thickness, and then gently tap it with the back of the knife to make it more fluffy.

2. Marinate the meat

Put the chopped pork into a container, add the appropriate amount of salt, sugar, cooking wine and soy sauce, then mix the pork with your hands and marinate for about 30 minutes.

3. Pan-fry the pork

Place the marinated pork in a pan, add a good amount of cooking oil, and fry over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides.

4. Stir-fry ginger and garlic

Shred the ginger and mince the garlic, and add them to the pan over low heat.

5. Add curd

Press the curd into a puree, add it to the pan and sauté on low heat.

6. Add the sauteed meat pieces

Add the sauteed meat pieces to the pan and saute on low flame so that the meat pieces are evenly coated with the curd sauce.

7. Season to taste

Add a good amount of dark soy sauce and salt and stir-fry over low heat to coat the meat evenly.

8. Out of the pan

Finally, put the fried curd meat on a plate, sprinkle with the appropriate amount of chopped green onion and serve.
