Soak and wash, slice winter bamboo shoots and ham; put pigeon cubes, ham slices, winter bamboo shoot slices, and shiitake mushrooms into the steam pot, cover the surface with cordyceps, eucommia, and cistanche deserticola, then add a little chicken soup, salt, and rice wine to taste, and steam for 1 hour. Cut the pigeon meat into crispy pieces and remove the Eucommia ulmoides and Cistanche deserticola.
