Ingredients: beef offal 150g, oyster sauce 1 spoon, appropriate amount of white pepper and a little chopped green onion.
1. Cut beef offal into small pieces, rinse it repeatedly with warm water for several times, remove blood, put it in a cold water pot, and skim off the foam when cooking.
2. Take it out and soak it in salt water again for 30 minutes.
3. After washing again, boil the water and cook the soup until it is milky white.
4. Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and a little white pepper.
5. Sprinkle chopped green onion after cooking.
