Simple method of how to make Sichuan spicy hairtail
1. Material: hairtail 200g, cooking wine 1 spoon, light soy sauce 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 spoon, hot sauce 1 spoon, proper amount of cooking oil, half a slice of ginger, 2 shallots and a little cooked white sesame.

2. Clean the viscera and black film of hairtail, cut into small pieces, add 1 tablespoon cooking wine, ginger slices and onion segments, and marinate evenly for 10 minute.
