Shanxi braised dishes are similar to the stew in the northeast, but the taste is quite different, and the ingredients used are also obviously different. The following will tell you what ingredients are needed.
1. First, prepare 200g pork belly, half a Chinese cabbage, two potatoes, a handful of vermicelli, and a number of kelp knots. Generally, large farmers' markets sell them. In addition, my personal suggestion is to use pork belly. If you don't like fat meat, you can choose pork tenderloin. Because the Chinese cabbage in this dish can be replaced by a doll dish, it does not affect the taste. Those who like cowpeas can prepare a handful of cowpeas. This dish is also quite tasty, and frozen tofu and other ingredients can also be added.
2. Prepare a small bowl, put the meat in it, and then pour a little soy sauce salt. A little shredded onion and shredded ginger can't be marinated, just marinate for ten minutes.
3. Cook the oil in a pan. When the oil temperature is 70% hot, add the marinated meat slices and stir-fry them with high fire. When the color of the meat darkens, add the onion, ginger and garlic, and continue to stir-fry. When the fragrance of many onion, ginger and garlic has hit your face, you can put in soy sauce and soy sauce, because soy sauce and soy sauce are only to increase the flavor and have a coloring function.
4. Add Chinese cabbage and continue to stir fry it. Stewing it for a while will be easy to taste and delicious, so first enlarge the cabbage, and when the leaves of the Chinese cabbage are slightly soft, add the kelp knot, then add a proper amount of warm water, then add the potato pieces, stew for a while with low fire, and add the prepared vermicelli for 5 minutes after stewing for 10 minutes.
When the vermicelli in the pot is soft and cooked, you can sprinkle a little salt and then put it on a plate and take it out of the pot.
