0.5 abalone
3 slices of ginger
2 slices of garlic
2 shallots
2 parsley
1 cup of rice
7 glasses of water
1 Wash and dice abalone.
Soak rice for more than half an hour and drain.
Saute ginger slices, garlic slices and abalone until they turn white. Stir-fry rice together.
4 Add the fried abalone rice to 7 cups of water and bring to a boil. Turn off the fire immediately after starting, pour all the rice cookers, close the cover valve and open the heat preservation file.
The next morning, open the lid, add salt and coriander or chopped green onion, and you can drink delicious abalone porridge!
