Tiger Vegetable is a famous Cantonese dish that is also known as "Shacha Wang". It is also known as "Shacha Wang". Its flavor is fragrant and tender, refreshing and pleasant, loved by the people. Later on, there was a saying that "Lufeng people love to eat tiger's lettuce", and Lufeng people also called this famous dish "tiger's lettuce". It is said that Tiger Vegetable was popular in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong, Macao and other places in the late Qing Dynasty.
There is a saying in the Chaoshan area: "If you don't eat tiger's lettuce, you haven't come to Chaoshan!" With its golden color, crispy texture and sweet taste, tiger's lettuce is one of the common traditional dishes in Chaoshan.
