Legend has this story: Someone once wandered into a snack shop on the streets of Chengdu and asked the boss why this snack was called "Chaoshou". The boss didn't say anything, he just threw his hands into the soup pot, then put his hands in front of his chest, leaned against the door frame, and stared at the thing in the soup with bright eyes. After a minute or two, the thing was ready, put it in a bowl, and served it to the diners, shouting "Copy Hands Two Liang".
