The materials required to apply for a business license are as follows:

1. "Company Establishment Registration Application" signed by the company's legal representative;

If registration is granted, the registration authority shall issue a business license within 10 days from the date of registration.

The state promotes electronic business licenses. Electronic business licenses have the same legal effect as paper business licenses.
