Cut off the rest of the fish: fish head, fish bones and fish skin.

How to make mullet soup?
Wash fish bones, fish heads and skin, slice ginger, cut onion and chopped green onion for later use;
Add oil to the pan, add ginger slices when the oil is hot and saute until fragrant, then add fish bones and so on, and wait for 30 seconds before pouring in the onion section of cooking wine;
When the pot feels dry, add boiling water, bring it to a boil with high fire and simmer for 30 minutes.
Put salt before the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and it's OK.
