1. Cabbage and Pork Dumplings

2. Sauerkraut Dumpling Stuffing
Ingredients:
Sauerkraut, refined pork, chopped green onion, grated ginger, soy sauce, chicken broth, salt, pepper, sesame oil and oil.
Stuffing Tips:
(1)Wash the five-flower meat, chop it into minced meat, and put it into a basin. Add soy sauce, chopped green onion, minced ginger, chicken essence, salt, sesame oil and oil in turn, stirring well while adding.
(2) Wash sauerkraut, chop and squeeze water.
(3) Heat oil in a pan, add a few peppercorns, fry the flavor, and fish out. Fry sauerkraut in the pan.
(4) When the sauerkraut cools down, pour it into the meat and mix well.
Tips:
Before pickling the sauerkraut, there will inevitably be sediment. Make sure to wash it a couple times before cutting.
3, meat dumplings
Ingredients:
refined pork, eggs, chopped green onion, minced ginger, salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, pepper, green onion oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, light sauce.
Filling Tips:
(1) Wash the panko, chop it into minced meat and put it into a pot. Add the minced ginger, egg, soy sauce and dark soy sauce to the meat in turn, mixing well as you add.
(2) Add salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices and pepper to the meat mixture in turn, mixing well while adding.
(3) Add a small bowl of onion-ginger water (made from onion and ginger), add the onion and ginger, and stir around the water to soften the meat.
(4) Add the onion oil, sesame oil, and scallions, stirring well as you add.
Tips:
(1)When mixing the stuffing, it should always be mixed in one direction, so that it is good for the flavor of the seasoning, and the onion and ginger water can penetrate into the stuffing, making it fresh and fluffy.
(2) After mixing the meat, put it into the refrigerator to freeze a little. It will be better for wrapping dumplings.
Secret Dumpling Dipping Sauce
Ingredients:
Vinegar, chili powder, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, cooked sesame seeds, salt.
Compound Skills:
(1) Wash the garlic and mash it into garlic paste, wash the onion and chop it into powder, put them together in the first bowl, add salt and mix well.
(2) Take the second bowl and add chili powder. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chili peppers on low heat, fish them out and throw them away. Pour the hot oil over the chili powder to make chili oil.
(3) Pour the aged vinegar into the hot pan with the chili peppers and heat until boiling.
(4) Pour the hot vinegar into a third bowl, then add the soy sauce, sesame oil, cooked sesame seeds and warm water in turn, stirring well.
(5) Pour these three bowls into a large bowl and mix well, the secret dumpling dipping sauce is ready.
