Ingredients ?

Coconut milk 400g

Light cream 400g

Sugar 75g

Fish gelatin powder 35g

Spotted flavoring or spotted juice Moderate

How to make spotted coconut cake ?

Add the sugar to the coconut milk and light cream and heat until the sugar melts

Add the fish glue powder to the hot water and stir until it is completely melted, if not melted enough then heat it over water (I use a small saucepan and heat it directly until it is melted)

Pour the fish glue liquid into the mixture of the coconut milk and light cream, mix well and sieve

Pour it into molds and put it in the fridge until it solidifies!
