Making Process

Pork belly pick fat oil, plus ginger slices boiled and cleaned, sliced; other materials slightly rinsed with water.

Put the sliced pork belly and all the ingredients into a pot, add 8 bowls of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then lower the heat to simmer for 40 minutes.

Strain the slices of tripe and pour the herbs and broth into a juicer to break them up.

Special Tips for Cooking
Slice of pork belly should be cut slightly smaller so that it is easy to cook and flavor.

Pork belly can be cleaned by rubbing with flour water, easy to clean.
