Methods/steps
Prepare raw materials
Wash the wheat straw and cut it into small pieces.
Stir-fried soybeans are ground into pieces with a rolling pin.
In a small bowl, add homemade chopped Chili sauce and roasted sesame salad juice.
Add light soy sauce, white vinegar, cooked sesame seeds, chopped watercress and cold water, and stir well.

Matters needing attention
First, soybeans and sesame seeds are fried with low fire in advance, and a little is added here to make the sauce more fragrant;
