Steps to make butter stewed chicken
1. Cut the chicken legs into pieces and soak them with salt, black pepper, a little sake and starch for half an hour. Chop the onion into small pieces. Peel and cook the potatoes, then mash them and set aside. Remove stems from mushrooms and wash them.
2. Melt the butter in a pan, coat the chicken legs in starch, and fry until golden brown.
