Materials: duck (remember to buy when asked to chop into pieces Oh), taro, ginger, green onions
Steps: 1 pot of oil, the ginger burst incense into the duck sliding stir-fry, break the life of the wine, soy sauce shoveled out. (Because my space-time album capacity is almost exhausted, so this step no picture, in order to save space, the picture is much smaller than before)
2, and then add a little more oil than frying cut into square strips of taro
3, fried to taro cooked and then fish out

5, add a little water, simmer until the taro is soft and flavorful after adding green onions (garlic and celery can be, my family only have green onions)
6, mounted
Note: fried taro oil than frying a little more than on the line, the rest of the oil in the frying of the next dish with the use of the next dish, do not need to start the pan frying taro ~~~~
