It is also known as the Catalpa Rudbeckia, Chicken Cashew Nut, and Kai Shou Nut. [1] It is an evergreen tree with an erect trunk up to 10 meters high. Cashew is a kidney-shaped nut, genus Cashew in the family Lacertidae of the order Sapindaceae.
