Materials;
1-2 corns, appropriate amount of water chestnut flour (or cornstarch), salt, chicken essence, water, oil, 1-2 eggs
Method;
1. Remove corn kernels, wash and set aside. Add appropriate amount of water chestnut powder and mix evenly. Set aside.
2. Add corn to water (soaked in cornmeal) and mix repeatedly with a mixer about 3 times to form corn paste.
3. Add water to the stirred corn paste and boil it, then add an appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and a little oil to taste.
4. Pour in the eggs and stir well, then add the water chestnut powder and boil again.
