1. Ingredients: One silver carp, two green onions, a few slices of ginger, a few drops of wine, two spoons of oil, and a small amount of salt.
2. Wash the silver carp and cut it into pieces for later use.
3. Prepare onions and ginger slices.
4. Pour two tablespoons of oil into the pot and bring it to a boil, then pour in the prepared fish pieces and fry them.
5. Pour a few drops of white wine to remove the fishy smell.
6. Then add a large bowl of water.
7. Add the ginger slices and chopped green onions and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for half an hour, then to low heat and simmer for about ten minutes.
8. Stew until the soup is thick and white, then add appropriate amount of salt to taste.
9. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and turn off the heat before serving.
