Braised diced duck with lotus meat
Raw materials: duck breast150g, fresh lotus seeds100g, onion, ginger, salt, starch, cooking wine and cooked vegetable oil.
Method:
1 Dice the duck breast and blanch it with hot water.
2, lotus seeds to lotus hearts, put water in the bowl and steam on the drawer.
