Steps
1.Prepare the ingredients.
2. Wash the fish and drain it with kitchen paper.
3. Beat the eggs. Add pretzel salt and corn starch inside the flour and mix well.
4. Dredge the fish in the egg first
5. Then dredge it in the flour and repeat the process 3 times.
6. Dredge in breadcrumbs and coat well.
7. Heat a frying pan to 50 percent and add the breadcrumbed fish.
8. Fry until golden brown on both sides, then drain.
9. To serve, cut into small pieces. Dip in Lee Perrin Worcestershire sauce.
