A seed bin and a seed path are installed on the frame, and a transmission shaft installed at the top end of a bracket is arranged between the seed bin and the seed path; the transmission shaft and an axle are in transmission connection through a chain and a sprocket; the chain passes through the seed bin and the seed path, and a spoon with a short handle is installed on the chain, and the handle of the spoon is fixedly installed on the chain and perpendicular to the chain.
