Ingredients: tofu 100g, egg 15g, shrimp 6g, green garlic 5g, chicken soup 100g, sesame oil 2g, refined salt 2g, monosodium glutamate 1g, cooking wine 3g, flour 10g and peanut oil 400g.
Practice: Wash and drain the tofu, and cut it into pieces 0.6 cm thick and 3.3 cm square. Add monosodium glutamate to the dish and mix well, then add flour and soak well. Wash the green garlic and cut into pieces. Beat the eggs well and pour them on the tofu. Put each piece of tofu dragged through the egg mixture into 80% hot oil and fry until golden brown.
