White vinegar is a kind of vinegar. It contains no or almost no other ingredients except 3-5% acetic acid and water. It is fermented by distilled liquor and generally contains no chemical additives. As long as it is produced in a regular factory, it is very healthy.
It is best to use white vinegar produced by rice, sorghum, soybeans, etc., which has a certain effect of reducing fire. Red vinegar contains other chemical additives and is not recommended.
