Problems that should be paid attention to in raw material bed planting;
(1) Select strains suitable for raw material cultivation. Generally, strains with fast mycelium growth, strong stress resistance, early fruiting and high yield are selected. Cultivation strains require vigorous mycelium growth, moderate age, no miscellaneous bacteria and no odor.
(2) Use high-quality culture materials. The culture material should be fresh, free from mildew and caking, and exposed to the sun for 2 ~ 3 days before use. Cottonseed hull is the best culture material, and appropriate amount of corn flour or bran can be added to supplement nutrition. When mixing, add 300-400g of 25% carbendazim per100kg of dry material.
(3) Selecting low-temperature season for cultivation and fungus growth. Choosing low-temperature seasonal cultivation and fungus growth is the key to ensure the success of raw material cultivation. Generally, the average daily temperature is below 20℃.
(4) Layered inoculation to increase the sowing amount. No matter indoor or outdoor cultivation, two layers of materials and two layers of seeds are suitable. The amount of seeds should not be less than 15%, and increasing the amount of seeds appropriately is beneficial to early emergence of bacteria, early covering and reducing the pollution of miscellaneous bacteria.
(5) Pay attention to the sanitation of the surrounding environment. Farms should be far away from pollution sources and the surrounding areas should be ventilated and hygienic. Before cultivation, the room should be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with 5% lime water.
(6) Strengthen scientific management. Mixing and sowing should be carried out in strict accordance with the operating procedures. When sowing, first spread a film on the ground, and then insert two layers of strains according to the two layers of materials for sowing. The thickness of the material should be controlled around 15cm, the width of the interlayer is 80 ~ 100cm, and the length is not limited. The strain of the top layer should be greater than that of the middle layer.
Military varieties should be planted in the surrounding corners as far as possible.
